Day tour aboard Cassiopea
To live an amazing experience in the clear waters of the Asinara Gulf, we suggest a tour on Cassiopea. Let yourself get carried away by this motorsailer wake and her crew that will take you sailing to the Asinara National Park to spend a day full of surprises.
The departure is in the morning from the Marina of Stintino. While you are being entertained by the crew, with background music, Cassiopea will sail toward Asinara island.
First stop is in the Piscine Naturali di Fornelli (“Natural Pools”), there you will understand why we call it in this way. Here you can dive into the clear waters and enjoy an excellent Sardinian aperitif with local cold cuts and cheese combined with chilled white wine.
We sail along the eastern coast of Asinara toward Cala Reale, where we stop for almost one hour. Here you can opt to spend time visiting the Crama Centre (recovery station for sea turtles) and the Farmasinara (natural cosmetic Lab). The area is often visited by the Asinara donkey, the friendly symbol of the island. As a second option you can take a dip in the quite waters of the bay.
Back on board the tour continues toward North-East until we stop in another breath-taking bay. You will spend time swimming in close contact with the marine flora and fauna. Meanwhile our crew will prepare your lunch.
The lunch consist of: pasta with fresh fish, mussels “zuppetta” as main course, white wine, fruit, Sardinian dessert, espresso and digestif.
After lunch you will chill out and sunbathe while Cassiopea sails to another beautiful bay of the island.
You will still enjoy the amazing seabed, go snorkelling, organise a diving competition, or you can simply lie down on the sundeck.
We sail back to Stintino port while you will enjoy an unexpected “sweet” snack.
Cassiopea only for you.
